Well, I'm sitting here in the dark the night before our last day (12am, the 29th of July) and I thought I'd post one last post before we head out for China!
We've had a great time catching up with family and friends in Minnesota and New York. It's been a great three months, and we wouldn't trade it for the world. You all mean so much to us, and we are going to miss you. Tomorrow has been a day we've been looking forward to for a long time now, but it's bittersweet. We are looking forward to this trip and this next part of our lives. A time in our lives when we can go somewhere different, we can do something different, we can speak something different, we can eat something different, we can be someone different (that is, the minority), we can see something different, and we can live somewhere different. It's once in a lifetime! We can't wait. But also, we can't wait to see you all again.
We'll be posting as soon as we get some internet "Somewhere Different."
